The topics covered, in the order taught
The course covers directions and zones, the five elements and how they relate to rooms. You learn how to orient a plan, read an entrance, and think differently about homes, offices and commercial spaces, from a family house to a small showroom.
Corrections are taught gently. Non-destructive adjustments come first, and structural changes only when there is a considered reason. The emphasis falls on clear observation and plain explanation, so that whatever you tell a family or client can be understood and justified. Case plans are discussed in class, with the reasoning shown step by step.
