Vastu consultation for properties in Rajouri

Rajouri lies in the foothills of the Pir Panjal, where the land starts to rise from the plains toward the mountains. Houses here sit on terraces and gentle slopes, and families often build on inherited plots. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews such properties online, beginning with your plan and a compass reading taken at the entrance.

A review that fits the people who use the space

Vastu looks at how a building relates to the directions: where the entrance falls, how rooms are placed around a centre, and where heavy or open areas sit. For a family home, it also means asking who sleeps, cooks and prays where, and whether the arrangement supports daily routines instead of fighting them.

Dr. Riddhe works from what exists rather than from an ideal drawing. She notes what is easy to alter, such as a bed position or the use of a spare room, and keeps rebuilding as a last resort. No outcome is promised; the point is to leave you with a layout you understand better.

Terraced plots and town shops around Rajouri

Residential building around Rajouri town mixes older stone and brick houses with newer reinforced-concrete homes, many with a flat roof terrace and an outside staircase. Plots on the terraced slopes toward Kalakote and Thanamandi are rarely perfect rectangles, so how the entrance and the main rooms face the slope becomes a central question.

Commercial buildings in the town centre are mostly narrow shops with living space above, serving a district that also draws visitors for the university and the medical college. Owners ask about the position of the cash desk, storage at the back and the stairs. Everything is handled over video, with a site visit considered only for a bigger project.

Terrace sun and roof drainage in a milder climate

Rajouri has a milder climate than the higher reaches of Poonch and Pir Panjal, with hot summers and cool, occasionally cold winters. Ventilation, sunlight on the terrace and how water drains off roofs during the monsoon are therefore real design concerns, and the review treats them as practical constraints.
