Vastu Consultant in Ratlam

Vastu consultation for properties in Ratlam

Ratlam sits on the Malwa plateau near the Rajasthan and Gujarat borders, and its buildings reflect a town of traders, railway families and old bazaar lanes. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews Ratlam homes and shops online, beginning with a plan and a compass reading at the main door, and keeps the advice tied to how the building is really used.

Reading a building against the directions, room by room

Vastu reads a building against the directions: where the entrance opens, where the kitchen, bedrooms and storage fall, and whether that arrangement suits the people who live or work there. A good review is mostly careful observation followed by a plain explanation.

In Ratlam the questions tend to be concrete. Does the shop front face a workable direction? Can a cramped kitchen in an older house be rearranged rather than rebuilt? Dr. Riddhe begins with small changes in how rooms are used and furnished, leaves structural work to the end, and never presents a suggestion as a promise of any outcome.

Bazaar houses, railway quarters and new colonies

Housing in Ratlam runs from old double-storey houses in the bazaar quarters to newer colonies and apartment blocks spreading outwards, with railway quarters forming a pocket of their own because the town is a major Western Railway junction. Narrow lanes mean many plots are deep and thin, with only one road-facing side.

Commercial premises vary just as much. Ratlam has long been known for gold and silver jewellery and for ratlami sev and namkeen, so a counter at the front with a workroom or kitchen behind is a familiar layout. The online process stays the same: sketch, compass reading, photographs and a video call, and for a larger project a visit can be discussed.

Courtyards, thick walls and light in older houses

Summers on the Malwa plateau are warm and the monsoon is dependable, and in older brick-and-stone houses courtyards, thick walls and small windows decide how much light and air reach each room. These realities are folded into the reading so suggestions stay practical for the building as it stands.
