Choosing a theme and placing the family on a table
You decide on the theme, perhaps a strained relationship, a repeating pattern or a family silence. You select objects for each person, set them on the table, and Dr. Riddhe asks you to notice distances, directions and who is not included.
No relative has to attend, or be told, and the session is paced by you. The work is reflective rather than a way of fixing other people. Group constellations are held in person only in Mumbai, so Sao Paulo clients take the one-to-one online format. You may pause whenever you like.

Migration, heritage and family ties in Sao Paulo
Sao Paulo is a city built by migration, with large Italian, Japanese, Lebanese, Portuguese and Northeastern Brazilian communities, and newer arrivals from elsewhere including India. Many families here carry stories of leaving home, and questions about duty to elders and about identity across generations often come up.
Because nobody else need be present, the session can be done from a flat in Tatuape or a house in Santo Amaro, whenever you have privacy. Dr. Riddhe offers morning slots, which fall in the evening in India, and leaves enough time for reflection.

Select one relationship or question, then collect six to ten small objects, such as cups, buttons or figurines. Keep a table clear in front of the camera and find a private room. Share your free hours in Sao Paulo, and a session will be arranged.
