Vastu Consultant in Shivpuri

Vastu consultation for Shivpuri properties

Shivpuri sits on the Agra-Mumbai highway in the Gwalior-Chambal belt, a district town of government offices, traders and farming families, with the wooded Madhav National Park on its edge. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reads Shivpuri properties online, beginning with a plan or sketch, so that her suggestions fit the way each house or shop is really used.

The eight directions and what each corner holds

A Vastu review is a close reading of how a building relates to the eight directions: where the entrance opens, which rooms occupy which corners, and where water, fire and storage are placed. The test is always whether the layout suits the people who live or work there, not whether it matches a textbook.

In Shivpuri most houses are owner-built on regular plots, so the review usually settles on a few concrete questions: the facing of the main gate, the kitchen position, the staircase and the use of the room above the shop. Dr. Riddhe suggests small, reversible changes first, and promises no particular outcome.

Houses, shops and godowns in Shivpuri

Residential Shivpuri runs from the older lanes near the Scindia Chhatris, where courtyard houses stand shoulder to shoulder, to newer colonies spreading along the highways towards Gwalior and Jhansi, where two-storey family homes on open plots are common. Many of these homes were extended over the years, which makes the original plan worth checking.

Commercial premises are mostly trading shops, agricultural-input stores, building-material yards and small godowns around the town's market streets. Owners tend to ask where the cash counter should sit, how stock should be stacked and which way the shutter faces. Online, the sequence is unchanged: sketch, compass reading, photographs, then a video walkthrough.

Verandas, courtyards and rooftop water tanks

Shivpuri has hot dry summers, cold winters and a moderate monsoon, so verandas, courtyards and rooftop water tanks matter in daily life. The review considers where the tank sits and which rooms catch the afternoon heat, because advice that ignores the climate rarely gets followed.
