Vastu consultation for properties in Thanesar

Thanesar is the old town at the heart of Kurukshetra, where pilgrim traffic, university life and family-run trade share the same streets. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews properties here online, beginning with a plan and a compass reading at the door, and keeps her observations tied to how your household or business actually runs.

Reading a plains-country house room by room

A Vastu review asks how a building lines up with the directions, where the entrance, kitchen, bedrooms and stores fall, and whether that arrangement suits the people using it every day. The reading is only useful when it respects the property as it stands.

For a Thanesar house, that might mean a ground-floor shop with the family living above, or a courtyard house that has been extended room by room over decades. Dr. Riddhe starts with small, reversible changes such as shifting a bed, reassigning a room or moving a cash counter. Structural work is not where she begins, and nothing is offered as a promise of outcome.

Houses and shops around Thanesar and Kurukshetra

Residential Thanesar mixes older lanes near the Brahma Sarovar side of town with newer houses and apartments in the Kurukshetra urban estate sectors and along the Delhi-Amritsar highway. Plots there are often regular rectangles facing a sector road, so the direction of the main gate and the position of the staircase come up first.

Commercial questions are just as common. Shops serving pilgrims and students, guest houses, rice and grain traders, and small workshops around the town all raise their own points, from where the cash desk sits to where stock is kept. Online, the steps are the same for each: sketch or plan, photographs, compass reading and a video call.

Verandas, terraces and store rooms through the seasons

Kurukshetra sees hot summers, a damp monsoon and cold, foggy winters, so verandas, roof terraces and store rooms get used differently through the year. Those seasonal habits are worked into the reading so the suggestions stay workable in a plains-country house.
