Vastu Consultant in Ujjain

Vastu consultation for Ujjain properties

Ujjain is a city where daily life is organised around the Shipra river and the Mahakaleshwar temple, and where old lanes, dharamshalas, family homes and new apartment blocks stand within a few kilometres of one another. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews Ujjain properties online, reading each plan against the way the place is actually lived in.

Door, layout, water, fire and stored goods

A Vastu review compares a building's layout with the directions: where the door opens, how rooms are distributed, and where water, fire and stored goods are placed. Dr. Riddhe uses it to decide whether the arrangement supports the routine of the household or business, instead of reciting fixed rules.

Ujjain properties bring their own variety. A family may keep a puja room that sees visitors through the year, a shop may double as a home, and a guesthouse may need to host strangers. She suggests modest, reversible adjustments first, and does not promise any particular result from them.

Old-city houses, colonies and pilgrim businesses

Housing in Ujjain ranges from tightly packed houses around the old city and the ghats to colonies in Freeganj, Madhav Nagar and Nanakheda, and newer apartments and plots along Indore Road and Dewas Road. Older narrow-fronted houses often have deep plans with a courtyard or light-well, which makes the compass reading and the sketch especially useful.

Because of the pilgrim traffic, a good deal of local business revolves around hospitality and offerings: small hotels, dharamshalas, sweet and puja-material shops, travel desks and eateries. Owners ask about the entrance, the kitchen, where the cash counter faces and how guest rooms are laid out. All of this can be studied online from plans and photographs.

Narrow multi-storey houses and low-lying plots

Ujjain's monsoon and hot summers affect narrow multi-storey houses differently from open plots, and low-lying stretches near the river make plinth height and drainage practical questions. These concerns are folded into the reading, so the advice stays workable through the whole year.
