Vastu course for students from Vasai
If you have ever looked at a floor plan in Vasai and wondered why one flat feels bright and settled while another feels cramped, this course teaches you a method of reading space. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi covers fundamentals first and then applies them to real drawings and layouts.
Building plan-reading skills across the course
The course begins with directions and zones, introduces the five elements and shows how they connect to rooms and activities. You then practise orienting a plan, locating the main door and reading how areas relate. Homes, offices and commercial spaces are all discussed, along with corrections that avoid demolition.
Participants include homeowners who want to understand their own property, architects and interior designers who field Vastu questions, and people hoping to practise. Doing real plans after the course is strongly advised. No certification is claimed, and the focus remains on understanding.

Towers, old houses and the Vasai property market
Vasai has an active property market, from apartment societies near the station to individual houses in older settlements, and the town's builders, site engineers and designers regularly meet Vastu preferences from buyers. Knowing the basics lets a professional respond sensibly instead of guessing.
Local homeowners also take the course to read the house they have lived in for years. Whether a batch meets in person in Mumbai or online, how long it runs and what it costs are shared on enquiry, so someone in Vasai can pick a format that fits an office schedule and the commute.
Old houses and new towers as study material
Because Vasai has both new towers and heritage homes, learners get a useful range of plans to examine, from tight modern flats to older houses with courtyards. Bring examples you know well and practise on them.
