Vastu Consultant in Vidisha

Vastu consultation for Vidisha properties

Vidisha is an old town in the Malwa uplands, at the meeting of the Betwa and Bes rivers, with Udayagiri, Besnagar and the Sanchi stupa close by. Its buildings reflect that long history. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews Vidisha properties online, reading each plan against how the house or shop is genuinely used.

Entrance line, kitchen, bedrooms and water arrangement

Vastu is a way of reading how a building sits against the directions: the line of the entrance, the location of the kitchen and bedrooms, and the arrangement of water and storage. Dr. Riddhe uses it as a practical lens, asking whether the layout makes daily routines smoother for the people inside.

Many Vidisha buildings have grown over decades, with a floor added above, a shop pushed to the front or a courtyard partly roofed over. She studies the plan as it is today and recommends small, reversible adjustments before anyone thinks about demolition. No specific outcome is promised from any of them.

Old lanes, new colonies and trading premises

The older part of Vidisha has compact houses in dense lanes, many with stone detailing and inner courtyards, while newer colonies spread outwards towards the Bhopal road with plotted houses and small apartment blocks. Narrow frontages and deep plans are common in the older quarters, which is why a good sketch matters so much.

The town is also a trading hub for the surrounding wheat, soybean and pulse farming belt, so grain traders, farm-input dealers, general stores and small processing units figure prominently. Owners ask about where stock is stacked, where the seat goes and how the weighing area is arranged. The online process works the same way: plan, compass reading, photographs, video walkthrough.

Plinth levels and drainage in wet years

Vidisha has hot summers, a strong monsoon and a river that has risen in wet years, so plinth levels, drainage and roof water tanks are not abstract matters. They are considered along with the directions, so that the suggestions are workable through the seasons.
