Vastu Consultant in Anjar

Vastu consultation for properties in Anjar

Anjar, in the Kutch district of Gujarat, is a town largely rebuilt in the years after the 2001 earthquake, so many of its homes and shops are relatively modern and laid out on planned plots. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews such properties online, working from your drawing, a compass reading and photographs, followed by a video walkthrough.

Starting from your plan and daily routine in Anjar

A Vastu review asks how a building relates to the directions and whether its entrance, rooms and open spaces suit the people using them. It is a way of reading a property more carefully, not of finding fault with it. Dr. Riddhe explains each observation so you can judge for yourself whether it matters.

Where something seems worth adjusting, she begins with the lightest options: rearranging furniture, changing the purpose of a room or moving a work desk. Structural changes are not the starting point, particularly in a town where buildings were constructed with great care. No result is promised from any adjustment.

A rebuilt town of plots, shops and workshops

Because so much of Anjar was reconstructed on regular plots with roads on a grid-like pattern, houses and shops often come as tidy rectangles facing one of the main directions. That makes the entrance direction easy to establish, and people tend to ask next about the kitchen, the prayer space and the staircase.

Business premises include shops around the market area, workshops and the traditional cutlery makers for which Anjar is known, plus transport and industrial units that connect the town with Gandhidham, Kandla port and Bhuj. For these, owners ask about where the cash desk faces, where goods are stored and where the owner sits. The same online process applies to all.

Windy Kutch and brackish groundwater

Kutch is dry, hot and often windy, with scarce rainfall and sometimes brackish groundwater. Dr. Riddhe keeps these conditions in mind when discussing water points, ventilation and open areas, so her suggestions suit how buildings in Anjar actually function.
