Vastu consultation for properties in Ankleshwar

Ankleshwar is best known as an industrial town on the Mumbai to Ahmedabad corridor, with a large chemical and pharmaceutical estate and a population that includes many families who came here for work. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews homes and workplaces here online, using a floor plan, a compass reading and photographs, then a video walkthrough.

Directions, rooms and daily use in a Vastu review

A Vastu review looks at the way a property sits against the directions and how entrances, rooms and working areas are arranged. The purpose is to understand whether the layout supports the people using it. Dr. Riddhe explains what she sees in plain terms, so you can decide what is worth acting on.

Her approach is deliberately light-handed. She first considers rearranging furniture, changing what a room is used for, or moving a desk or workstation. Larger changes are mentioned only with reasons, and no adjustment is presented as a promise of any outcome. In an industrial setting, safety rules always take priority over any layout preference.

Apartments, offices and plants of the industrial town

Many residents of Ankleshwar live in apartment buildings and societies in the town and near the industrial estate, while senior staff may live in company housing or in Bharuch across the Narmada. Flats often come with fixed layouts, so questions are about how to use each room, where to place the prayer corner and which direction a bedroom faces.

Commercial and industrial premises raise different questions. Offices of chemical traders, small plants, workshops and warehouses in the GIDC area involve production floors, stores and cabins. Owners ask about where the proprietor sits, where dispatch and stock are located and how the accounts desk faces. Online review works well because the drawing and a video tour show nearly everything needed.

Humid heat, river proximity and drainage

Ankleshwar is hot and humid, sits near the Narmada and has heavy monsoon rains. Dr. Riddhe takes this into account when discussing drainage, water storage and ventilation, so that suggestions remain sensible for the local climate and an industrial neighbourhood.
