Online signature analysis for Madrid
Spanish life asks for a signature on tenancy contracts, bank forms, notary documents and work papers, and yours may have changed since you left India. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi analyses signatures online, using the photographs and handwriting you send, then explains her observations in a conversation.
Features examined in your signature samples
She examines slant, size, pressure, spacing and legibility, and how the name is shaped. Each is described as a leaning in how you present yourself, and you are asked whether it feels accurate. This is a discussion about style and not a judgement on who you are. Nothing in it is meant to label you.
Changing your signature is optional. If you try a new one, rehearse it for a while before it appears on any document and tell your bank first. The review is not forensic examination and does not verify authenticity.

Signatures on Spanish and Indian paperwork
Madrid has many people who sign for a living, such as bankers, lawyers, consultants and managers, and expatriates often hold one signature for Spanish offices and another for Indian paperwork. Comparing them can show whether they still look like the same person wrote them.
The review needs only pictures, so a short break in the Azca business district or an evening at home will do. India is three and a half or four and a half hours ahead depending on the season. The team states the slot in Madrid time and confirms the language beforehand.
Checking notary and bank rules before any change
Notaries, banks and public offices in Spain may compare a signature against records on file. Ask each of them about the rules before changing it, and keep to one version once you decide.

Paper, ink and photograph guidance
Write your signature five or six times on plain white paper with a dark pen. Add a short paragraph of normal handwriting, photograph the page flat in good light, and upload the images before the call. Leave account numbers out of the picture.

Can I have my signature reviewed from Madrid without visiting Mumbai?
Yes. You send photographs and a handwriting paragraph, and the review is held by video or phone. In-person sessions happen only at the Vile Parle West office.
Does this count as a handwriting expert opinion for a notary?
No. It is a reflective reading of style and is not forensic examination or verification. For legal or notarial matters you would need a qualified expert.
Is it wise to change my signature while living in Spain?
Not always. Any change is optional. If you proceed, practise first, inform your bank and ask about any Spanish records that hold the old version.
How many photographs should I send?
A single clear photograph of the page with five or six signatures is enough, plus another of the handwriting paragraph. Include any variant you use, even rarely.
