If a change seems helpful she suggests one, but nothing is required. Practise a new signature on paper until it feels natural before using it, and tell your bank so its specimen matches. This is not forensic examination and cannot confirm whether a signature is genuine. It describes patterns and does not judge you.

Take photographs on plain white paper with the pen you usually use, shooting straight down in daylight with no shadows. Include your everyday signature, any formal version and a handwritten paragraph, sent a day ahead of the call. Mention which script you write in.

Will I need to tell anyone if I change my signature?
Tell your bank so its specimen is updated, and think about any other organisation holding yours. Practise the new version on paper until it is consistent before using it officially.
Can the analysis show a signature is forged?
No. This is not forensic work or verification, and it cannot show whether a signature was forged. Any question of authenticity belongs with a qualified handwriting expert or a lawyer in Germany.
What if I only have a phone camera and a desk lamp?
That works. Lay the paper flat, hold the phone directly above, and avoid shadows from your hand or the lamp. Send a few attempts of each signature.
