Vastu Consultant in Bharuch

Vastu consultation for properties in Bharuch

Bharuch is one of Gujarat's oldest towns, an ancient river port on the Narmada whose lanes still hold old family houses beside newer apartment blocks and industrial offices. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews such properties online, beginning with your floor plan and a compass reading at the entrance, then walks through the space with you on video.

Practical changes before structural ones

A Vastu review asks how a building sits against the directions and how its entrance, rooms and open areas are arranged for the people who use them. Dr. Riddhe describes what she observes in plain words so that you can decide whether a point is relevant to your daily routine.

Her suggestions begin with gentle options such as changing a room's purpose, moving a bed, desk or cupboard, or reconsidering where the owner sits in a shop. Anything structural is raised only with reasons, and never as a promise of results. This matters especially for heritage houses, where the building itself should be left intact.

Old-town houses, new apartments and industrial offices

The older parts of Bharuch have narrow lanes, shared walls, multi-storey wooden-fronted houses and tall, thin plots with a single street frontage, so the entrance direction and the position of the staircase and courtyard are common questions. Newer areas such as Bholav and Zadeshwar have apartment blocks and societies with more regular plots.

Commercial questions come from shops near the station road area, traders, professional offices, and firms tied to the industrial estates at Bharuch, Panoli and Dahej. Owners ask where the accounts desk should face, where stock and dispatch sit and how the proprietor's cabin relates to the entrance. A scaled sketch and a video tour make most of these straightforward to review remotely.

Tidal estuary, damp and flood-prone ground

Bharuch sits at the Narmada estuary, with tidal influence, hot humid weather and heavy monsoons, and low-lying parts have faced river flooding. Dr. Riddhe considers damp, drainage and the placement of water storage so her advice suits local conditions.
