Vastu Consultant in Kapadvanj

Vastu consultation for Kapadvanj properties

Kapadvanj is a taluka town in Kheda district, where long-settled family houses stand beside newer bungalows and a busy market. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews properties here without asking you to travel anywhere: she begins with a plan or sketch, then a compass reading at the main door, then a video tour of the rooms.

How a Vastu review reads your property

Vastu is the study of how a building relates to direction, light and the way its occupants move through it. A review asks where the entrance opens, where the kitchen and prayer corner sit, and whether the plan works for the household that lives there rather than for an ideal drawing.

Dr. Riddhe reads the layout first and proposes small, reversible changes before anything else, such as shifting a bed, resetting a work desk or giving a store room a new purpose. She does not promise outcomes from any adjustment. The goal is a house or shop that feels orderly and easy to use.

Old houses, new plots and market shops here

In and around Kapadvanj, many homes are old family houses that have been extended room by room over the years, so the plan rarely follows a clean rectangle. Newer bungalows and plotted houses on the town's edges are simpler, but owners still want to know what the facing of the plot means for the gate, the staircase and the courtyard.

The surrounding Kheda countryside is farming land, and traders, small workshops and shopkeepers keep the market running. Questions about a shopfront, a godown behind it or a farmhouse with a cattle shed are common. For all of these, the sketch, door reading, photographs and video call give enough to work from.

River damp, roof drainage and ventilation

Kapadvanj sits on the Mohar river, and the Kheda plains are hot in summer and heavy with monsoon rain. Roof drainage, cross-ventilation and where water is stored are therefore part of the conversation, so Vastu suggestions stay compatible with local weather.
