Vastu consultation for properties in Karjan

Karjan lies on the busy national highway corridor of south-central Gujarat, so houses here sit close to roadside shops, transport yards and farmland. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi looks at Karjan properties online. She asks for your plan or sketch, a compass reading at the main entrance and photographs, and then goes through the property with you on video.

A careful reading of directions and rooms

A Vastu review considers how a building faces the directions, where the doors, kitchen and sleeping rooms are placed, and whether that layout fits the way the household or business functions each day. It starts from the actual plan, not from a textbook ideal.

Dr. Riddhe prefers to propose modest changes first. That could mean relocating a desk, reassigning a room or tidying the area around the entrance, and only later any structural alteration. She does not promise particular outcomes from a change, and she explains the reasoning behind each suggestion in plain words.

Highway frontage, village houses and new plots

Karjan has a mix of older village-style houses with verandas, newer row houses and bungalows built by families who have prospered from farming or work in the larger towns nearby. Many plots open directly onto the highway or a service road, which makes the main entrance direction and the boundary wall frequent questions.

Shopkeepers along the road, owners of transport and agricultural supply businesses and people running small units on the outskirts raise their own questions about the counter, the godown and the office. The online process suits them well: a sketch, a door reading, photographs and a video call, scheduled around the working day.

Highway dust, noise and a covered porch

Karjan is a flat, fertile stretch with strong monsoon rain and hot summers, and heavy highway traffic raises dust and noise. Position of windows, a covered porch and the placement of the main gate are discussed with that environment in mind, not in the abstract.
