Vastu Consultant in Kochi

Vastu consultation for properties in Kochi

Kochi is a port city of backwaters, high-rise apartments, shipping offices and older Fort Kochi houses, and few properties here look alike. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi studies Kochi buildings online, working from your plan, a compass reading at the entrance and a video walkthrough, and shapes her suggestions around how your household or business actually functions.

Reading a layout before suggesting changes

Vastu looks at how a building sits against the directions and how its entrance, kitchen, bedrooms, prayer space and staircase relate to each other and to the people using them. The review is a practical conversation about the space, and it avoids dramatic language or sweeping claims about outcomes.

In a rented or purchased flat, structure cannot usually be touched, so the discussion centres on furniture, the use of rooms and what can be rearranged inside. In an independent house, Dr. Riddhe still begins with these gentle changes and treats alterations to walls or openings as a late and optional step.

Flats, villas and waterfront premises in Kochi

Kochi homes include apartment towers around Kakkanad, Edappally, Panampilly Nagar and Marine Drive, compact plots with villas around Vyttila and Kaloor, island houses in Vypin and Willingdon Island, and heritage homes in Mattancherry and Fort Kochi. Flat entrances rarely face the direction one would choose, so the compass reading at your own door becomes especially useful.

Commercial spaces are equally varied: IT offices at Infopark, shipping and logistics firms linked to the port and shipyard, spice and trading houses in Jew Town, shops on MG Road and in Broadway, and clinics and restaurants. Every one of these can be reviewed from a sketch, photographs and a live video tour.

Humid coastal air, ventilation and drainage

Kochi's humid coastal air, heavy monsoon and low-lying ground mean that damp, ventilation and drainage shape how rooms are used. Kerala also has its own architectural tradition, Thachu Shastra, and families who follow it are welcome to say so, so the discussion can respect their preferences.
