Dr. Riddhe observes your arrangement and asks questions that bring attention to what the positions might mean to you. Sometimes a small shift on the table changes how a situation feels.

Think about the one relationship or event you most want to understand. Find a room with a door that closes, clear a small table and gather around ten objects of differing shapes. Check your camera angle so the table is visible. Booking times are set around Lagos hours, and the language is confirmed at that point.

What household items work for a constellation session?
Anything small and distinct will do: salt shakers, keys, coins, figurines or cups. Dr. Riddhe will ask you to give each object a family member's name as you place it.
Can I do a group constellation while living in Lagos?
Group sessions take place in person in Mumbai. If you plan a visit to India, you may ask about group dates. Otherwise the Lagos option is a single, online session.
