Vastu Consultant in Manavadar

Vastu consultation for Manavadar properties

Manavadar is a Saurashtra town in Junagadh district, a former princely state whose life revolves around farming and the trade that grows out of it. Houses, shops and warehouses here are built for practical use. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi studies them online, reading your sketch, photographs and a video tour together.

Entrance, kitchen and bedrooms assessed

Vastu considers how a building is oriented, where its entrance, kitchen, bedrooms and storage fall, and whether those choices suit the people inside. A good review begins with how a household or business really runs, then looks at where the layout helps or hinders that routine.

Dr. Riddhe starts with adjustments that cost little, such as rearranging furniture, changing which room serves which purpose, or relocating storage. Structural suggestions are raised rarely and always with reasons. She does not promise any outcome; the purpose is a property that feels orderly, comfortable and easier to use.

Houses, godowns and shops in a farming town

Junagadh district is known for groundnut, cotton, wheat and, in the wider region around Girnar and Gir, mango orchards. Families in Manavadar often combine a town house with land elsewhere, and trading in grain, oilseed and farm inputs gives rise to godowns, commission shops and small processing units alongside ordinary homes.

For a home, the usual questions concern the main door, the kitchen position and where elders sleep. For a trading shop or godown, they concern where the weighing and billing desk goes, where bags are stacked and how the front opens to the road. Each is discussed with the owner on video, room by room.

Short monsoon spells and shaded storage

Saurashtra summers are hot and dry, and a good part of the rain arrives in short monsoon spells. Dr. Riddhe takes this into account when talking about water storage, shaded openings and which rooms stay usable through the afternoon heat.
