Vastu consultation for properties in Mandvi

Mandvi is a port town on the Gulf of Kutch, where the Rukmavati river meets the sea. Old stone houses, beach-side properties and workshops sit close to the water. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews such buildings online, reading your plan, photographs and a video tour together.

Reading a seafront property against the directions

A Vastu review looks at how a building faces the directions, where its entrance, kitchen, bedrooms and storage lie and whether that arrangement suits the people using it. In a coastal town, the sea side, the prevailing wind and the position of the road all become part of the picture.

Dr. Riddhe begins with the light touches: moving a bed, reassigning a room, rethinking where goods or files are kept. Larger changes are raised only for good reason and are explained first. She makes no promise of outcome; the aim is a property that is easier to live or work in.

Merchant houses, beach cottages and boatyards

Mandvi has old merchant houses with carved woodwork and inner courtyards, newer concrete homes, holiday cottages near the beach and the traditional shipbuilding yards on the river bank where wooden vessels are made. Each type raises its own questions about entrances, open space and how water or the sea is placed relative to the building.

Local trade adds shops, guest houses, small food outlets and workshops linked to the port economy and to visitors who come for the beach and the Vijay Vilas Palace. For these, the review looks at where customers enter, where the owner sits and how storage is arranged, discussed during a live video walk.

How salt air and sea breezes shape the advice

Salt-laden air, high humidity and strong sea breezes affect how Mandvi buildings age and how rooms are ventilated. Dr. Riddhe factors these conditions into her suggestions on openings, storage and use of rooms, so the advice remains realistic for a coastal climate.
