Vastu Consultant in Padmanabhapuram

Vastu consultation for property owners in Padmanabhapuram

Padmanabhapuram is best known for its wooden palace, and the older building style of the region still shapes how people think about their homes. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews properties here online, using your plan, compass reading and photographs, then speaking through each room with you on video.

What each direction is said to govern

A Vastu review checks which direction the entrance faces, how rooms are arranged around the centre of the plot and how water, fire and storage areas are placed. In a small town like this one, plots are often generous but irregular, so the reading starts with a careful look at the shape.

Suggestions are practical. Where a layout can be improved by changing how rooms are used, that comes first. Structural changes are discussed only when you are planning new construction or an extension, and some homes need no change at all.

Tiled roofs, plantations and family plots around Padmanabhapuram

Padmanabhapuram lies in Kanyakumari district, in a green landscape of coconut groves, rubber and banana plantations, with the Western Ghats visible on the horizon. Heavy rain during both monsoons has produced houses with sloping tiled roofs, deep eaves and raised plinths, and these features matter when a plan is being read.

Families here often own land that has been passed down, and many are adding a floor or rebuilding an older house. The online process suits that stage well, because a sketch of the plot and photographs of the current building are enough to start. A visit can be discussed if a larger project needs it.

Regional systems and Thachu Shastra respected

Southern Tamil Nadu and neighbouring Kerala have long building traditions, including the Mayamata and the Thachu Shastra. Dr. Riddhe respects these regional systems and works within the commonly followed Vastu Shastra, without claiming to practise them.
