Vastu Consultant in Ponneri

Vastu consultation for property owners in Ponneri

Ponneri, in Tiruvallur district, sits on a belt where family plots, paddy fields and industrial units meet. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews properties here online: you send a plan or sketch, a compass reading and photographs, and a video walkthrough then fills in what the drawing cannot show.

Understanding your layout zone by zone

A Vastu review starts by working out how a property faces and how its spaces are arranged. For plots in this area the shape of the land, the gate, the position of a borewell or sump, and the placement of the kitchen and main bedroom usually need the most attention.

Recommendations are ordered from the easiest to the most involved. Changing how rooms are used and rearranging heavy items come before anything structural. If a design is already sound, the advice will be to leave it as it is, and to spend nothing.

Plotted layouts, godowns and units around Ponneri

Ponneri lies north of the metropolitan area, along the corridor towards Gummidipoondi, close to the Ennore and Kattupalli port belt and not far from the Pulicat Lake coast. That brings a mixture of ageing family houses, new plotted layouts and workshops, warehouses and small manufacturing units that serve nearby industry.

Many owners are building in stages, or adding a floor over time, and Vastu is often considered at the plan stage. The online process suits that, because a plot sketch and a draft elevation are enough to begin, and a site visit can be discussed if a larger industrial or residential project needs one.

Monsoon drainage and Tamil building tradition

Tamil Nadu has its own long-established building tradition, recorded in the Mayamata and other texts. Dr. Riddhe respects it, and her work follows the widely used Vastu Shastra framework while paying attention to monsoon drainage and the heat of this coastal plain.
