Vastu Consultant in Rajpipla

Vastu for properties in Rajpipla

Rajpipla, the headquarters of Narmada district, is a green, hilly town in south Gujarat with a royal past and a growing visitor economy. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews properties here by video, working from your plan, photographs and a door-side compass reading, and fitting her suggestions to the way each building is lived in.

Entrance, kitchen and water placement on your plot

Vastu looks at how a building relates to the directions: which way the entrance faces, where the kitchen and bedrooms fall, and where water and stores are placed. A sound review also asks who uses the rooms and when, because a plan that ignores routine rarely helps anyone.

Dr. Riddhe starts with modest, reversible ideas, for example moving a bed, swapping the use of two rooms or rearranging a storeroom. She raises structural alterations only if there is a strong reason and explains the thinking. No outcome is promised; the intention is a property that works better for its occupants.

Town houses, farmhouses and guest stays

Around Rajpipla you find many kinds of building in a short distance: compact town houses near the old palace area, newer bungalows and apartments on the outskirts, and farmhouses with sheds, wells and cattle yards among the fields. Many of these are built over time, so rooms are added in stages and the original layout can drift.

Visitors heading for the Statue of Unity at Kevadia and the forests of Shoolpaneshwar have encouraged small hotels, homestays and eateries in the district, and their owners ask where the reception, kitchen and guest rooms are best placed. Because the process is online, a short drive is never needed to start.

Heavier rain, forest air and damp-prone walls

Narmada district gets heavier monsoon rain than much of Gujarat, and the river, hills and forest keep the air damp for months. Dr. Riddhe takes drainage, roof slope and ventilation into account so that suggestions stay practical through the wet season.
