Vastu consultation for Rapar properties
Rapar lies in eastern Kutch, in the Wagad area, with the Rann stretching out nearby. Buildings here are shaped by heat, wind and the memory of the 2001 earthquake. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews Rapar properties by video, starting from a plan and a compass reading at the door, and keeps her advice grounded in how you use the space.
Where people enter and where the stores sit
Vastu compares a building with the directions: where people enter, how the kitchen, bedrooms and worship area are placed, and where water points and stores sit. The review asks whether this arrangement suits those who live or work there, season after season, rather than applying a rule in isolation.
Dr. Riddhe favours minor and reversible adjustments first, such as reorganising a room or changing where a desk or bed stands. Anything structural is discussed only if there is a clear reason, and its logic is explained. The review makes no promise of particular results; it aims to leave you with a clearer property.
Rebuilt homes, old courtyards and working premises
After the 2001 earthquake much of Kutch was rebuilt, so many houses in the region are relatively recent, with reinforced frames, flat roofs and compact rooms. Older homes with thick walls and courtyards stand alongside them, and families often keep an older house and a newer one on the same plot, which raises questions about which entrance and room to treat as the main one.
Commercial and working premises in the Rapar area range from small shops and godowns to farm sheds, transport yards and workshops serving the highway traffic. For each, the questions are practical: where the counter sits, where goods are stored and where the owner works. The online process is the same: sketch, compass reading, photographs and a video call.
Hot, saline, windy conditions and the roof
Summers in this part of Kutch are very hot and dry, the soil is often saline, and strong winds are common. These conditions affect where families sleep, how rooms are ventilated and how roofs are used, and Dr. Riddhe keeps them in mind so that suggestions stay realistic.

Residential Vastu Consultation
Flats, bungalows and row houses, for owners who are buying, moving in or living with a layout that does not feel right. The review covers the entrance, kitchen, bedrooms, the centre of the home and how each room is used, and recommendations start with placement, colour and use of rooms rather than demolition.
Commercial Vastu Consultation
Offices, shops, showrooms, clinics, factories and warehouses. The consultation looks at the entrance, seating and working areas, storage and, for industrial sites, the plot and production flow, often together with the owner’s architect or plant engineer.

Rapar Vastu questions
Can a house rebuilt after the 2001 earthquake be reviewed online?
Yes. Send a plan or sketch, photographs and a compass reading at the main door. The review reads the layout as it stands today, and the suggestions begin with non-destructive changes inside the existing structure.
Our plot has an old house and a newer one. Which is the main building?
Draw both on a single site sketch with the gate and road marked. Dr. Riddhe will ask how each is used and then explain how to read the entrances and which structure to treat as the principal one.
Will a review for a godown or farm shed in Kutch involve changes?
It looks first at where goods are stored, where the owner works and how people move through. These can usually be adjusted without building work, and anything bigger is explained with reasons before you decide.
How do I get a clear compass reading in a place with so much open land?
Stand at the door facing outward, hold the compass level, and keep away from steel gates, shutters and vehicles. Take the reading twice and photograph the dial so it can be checked on the call.
