Vastu Consultant in Savar Kundla

Vastu consultation for Savar Kundla properties

Savar Kundla, in Amreli district of Saurashtra, is a busy small town of traders, farm families and diamond cutting and polishing units. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews its properties online, beginning with your plan, photographs and a compass reading at the main door, and shaping her observations around the way each space is really used.

Where people enter and where water and stores sit

A Vastu review lines a building up against the directions: where people enter, where the kitchen, sleeping rooms and worship corner fall, and where water and storage are placed. The practical question underneath is whether this arrangement supports the family or the business that depends on it.

Dr. Riddhe prefers to begin with small, reversible steps, like repositioning a bed or a work table or reassigning a room. Larger structural suggestions are kept for cases where she can give a clear reason. She makes no promise about outcomes; the intention is to give you an informed, calmer view of the property.

Shop-and-home buildings, workshops and farms

Residential Savar Kundla combines older houses with tightly packed lanes, newer bungalows and row houses on the edges, and apartments above shops. Many families run a business from the ground floor and live above, so the entrance serves both customers and relatives, and that overlap raises particular questions about where to put the cash counter and the prayer room.

The diamond industry brings its own spaces: small workshops with polishing wheels, rooms for sorting and a safe for stock, where owners ask about the position of the work tables and the office. Farm families nearby, growing groundnut and cotton, ask about storage sheds and the farmhouse. All of this can be reviewed online.

Semi-arid heat and long dry months

The Amreli district is semi-arid with hot summers, and the Shetrunji river and the Gir forest region lie not far away. Dr. Riddhe considers heat, ventilation and where water is stored, so that her advice remains workable in a place with long dry months.
