Vastu Consultant in Surabaya

Vastu consultation for homes and businesses in Surabaya

Surabaya is a hot, flat, busy port city, and its buildings range from colonial-era shophouses near Jembatan Merah to estates in Citraland and towers around Pakuwon. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi applies Vastu Shastra to each of them online from Vile Parle West, Mumbai, with no trip to East Java required.

Reading your plan against the compass at an unhurried pace

Vastu looks at how a property's entrance, rooms and open spaces sit against the directions and the five elements, and whether that arrangement supports the way the occupants work, rest and eat. A review rests on a plan, a compass reading and photographs, which you send before the call.

Dr. Riddhe starts with adjustments that can be reversed easily, such as moving furniture, redefining the use of a room, or altering colour and light. Structural alterations come up only when an owner is already planning renovation, after the gentler steps have been weighed.

Ruko, warehouses and estates across Surabaya

A large share of Surabaya's commercial life sits in ruko, shophouses of two or three floors with the shop at the front and living space above. The city also has warehouses and factories around Rungkut and the port at Tanjung Perak, so many enquiries concern a counter, a stockroom or an owner's desk, as well as homes.

Residential areas range from older houses in Darmo and Gubeng to newer gated estates in the west. Surabaya is one and a half hours ahead of India year-round, so an early evening call is easily placed in an Indian afternoon.

Heat, humidity and airflow through the rooms

The city sits at sea level on the Madura Strait, so heat and humidity are constant, and airflow matters more than in a hill town. Dr. Riddhe notes where windows, vents and open doors fall on the plan when she considers each room.
