Vastu Consultant in Jakarta

Vastu consultation for apartments and shophouses in Jakarta

Jakarta mixes glass towers along Sudirman, quiet landed streets in Menteng and Kebayoran Baru, and rows of narrow ruko shophouses. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi applies Vastu Shastra to each kind of space from Vile Parle West, Mumbai, working online through plans, photographs and video.

Matching each zone to its purpose explained simply

Vastu is concerned with how a property's directions, the five elements and the zones of its plan shape daily routines. A review asks where the main entrance opens, how the kitchen and bedrooms are placed, and whether work areas sit comfortably within the layout.

Dr. Riddhe begins with changes that can be undone: rearranging furniture, reassigning the use of a room, adjusting colour and light. Tenants in rented units seldom want construction work, and owners can discuss anything larger only after the easier steps have been considered. Each point is explained in plain language.

Towers, landed houses and ruko across Jakarta

Jakarta's property is varied. High-rise apartemen in Kuningan, Sudirman and Kemang have fixed layouts where the entry door and balcony cannot move. Landed houses in Pondok Indah or Menteng offer gardens and more freedom. Business owners often occupy ruko, three or four floors with a shop at the front, where the stairs and the cash counter matter.

Traders and professionals here run import firms, services, retail and export desks across Jabodetabek, from the Tanjung Priok port to factories in Cikarang. Online sessions suit this pace: Jakarta is ninety minutes ahead of India all year, with no clock change to confuse the booking.

Wet-season rain and a north-coast orientation

Jakarta lies on the north coast of Java, facing the Java Sea, and its wet season brings heavy afternoon rain. When Dr. Riddhe studies your orientation, she also considers how open balconies, ventilation and damp-prone corners are used day to day.
