Vastu Consultant in Toronto

Online Vastu consultation for homes in Toronto

Toronto homes rarely arrive with a choice of direction. A condo tower on the waterfront, a semi on a narrow city lot or a basement flat in Scarborough each comes as built. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi studies your plan remotely and explains what the layout offers and what can be softened.

From entrance direction to room use

A Vastu consultation looks at how a building sits against the compass and how its rooms, entrance and open areas relate to those directions. Dr. Riddhe has consulted since 1999, and her approach begins with understanding how you actually live in the space.

For a Toronto client the whole exchange takes place online. You share a sketch or the builder's floor plan, a compass reading at the main door and photographs, followed by a video walkthrough. No visit abroad is offered, and none is needed for this kind of review.

Condos, semis and basements across Toronto

The Greater Toronto Area has many building types. Glass condos with fixed balconies and shared corridors, Victorian and Edwardian brick houses in older neighbourhoods, post-war bungalows, suburban detached homes in Etobicoke, Markham or Mississauga, and finished basements let as separate units. Each raises different questions about entrances, kitchens and bedrooms.

Long winters keep families indoors, so how the main living area and sleeping rooms work matters more than visitors expect. In condos, where walls cannot move, the advice leans toward furniture, storage, mirrors and use of space instead of any structural change.

Reviewing a condo plan before closing

Many Toronto buyers are signing for pre-construction condos or stepping up to a first house. A review of the plan before closing helps you understand the unit's orientation, and decide how to arrange it, before furniture is ordered.
