Vastu Consultant in Vancouver

Online Vastu consultation for Vancouver homes

Vancouver homes are shaped by water and mountains: towers angled for harbour views, houses stepped down a slope, suites tucked below a family floor. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews such layouts remotely and explains how the compass directions fall across your rooms, in plain language.

Starting with the layout of your home

A Vastu review pairs the building's orientation with the use of each room. Dr. Riddhe has worked as a consultant since 1999, and she begins by asking how the household lives, sleeps, cooks and works in the space.

For Vancouver the process is entirely online. You send a sketch or builder's plan, a compass reading taken at the main door, and photographs, then show the home on a video walkthrough. A visit abroad is not offered, and a thorough remote review rarely needs one. Findings come as a clear list of observations and gentle options, so you can act on them at your own pace.

Strata flats, slope houses and basement suites

Metro Vancouver offers a distinctive mix: glass towers in Yaletown, Coal Harbour and Metrotown, townhouse complexes in Burnaby and Richmond, character houses in East Vancouver, and the boxy Vancouver Special common to older family streets. Many houses also hold a rented basement suite, which changes who uses which door.

Views often drive the design, so a living room may face the water while the entrance faces somewhere else entirely. Advice here deals with arrangement, furniture, and use of rooms, keeping to adjustments a tenant or strata owner can actually make.

Strata rules and a practical, low-cost approach

A damp, grey winter keeps people indoors for months, and strata rules restrict what owners can alter. The review therefore stays practical, working through furniture, storage and daily routine more than renovation.
