Vastu consultation for properties in Vadnagar

Vadnagar is one of Gujarat's oldest continuously inhabited towns, with fort walls, gateways and a lake at its heart. Dr. Riddhe Sshilpi reviews properties here online, beginning with a floor plan and a compass reading at the main door, and following up with a video walkthrough of the rooms.

Reading the layout before any rule list

A Vastu review checks how a building sits against the directions and whether its rooms, entrances and work areas suit the people who use them. It takes your plan and daily routine as the starting point rather than a fixed checklist. Kitchens, entrances and sleeping rooms are read together.

Dr. Riddhe suggests the gentlest changes first, such as altering what a room is used for, moving furniture or shifting a desk. None of this is a promise of outcome. The purpose is a layout you understand, can explain to your family and feel at ease within.

Old-town lanes and newer plots in Vadnagar

Inside the old town, houses sit close together on narrow lanes, often with deep, narrow frontages, shared walls and later additions. Outside the gates and along the roads toward Mehsana and Kheralu, newer bungalows, row houses and shops are laid out on regular plots. Families frequently ask about the entrance direction and where the kitchen and prayer room should sit.

North Gujarat's economy is also visible here: dairy cooperatives, farming, small trading and the visitors who arrive to see the heritage sites. Shopkeepers and guesthouse owners ask about counter positions and seating, and online the steps remain unchanged: sketch, compass reading, photographs and a conversation on video.

Dry summers and courtyard living

Hot, dry summers and cool winters in this semi-arid part of North Gujarat influence how courtyards, terraces and upper rooms are used. Dr. Riddhe keeps such practical concerns in view, so the suggestions remain comfortable through the year.
