How the objects represent your family explained simply
You choose objects to represent yourself and each person you wish to consider, then place them in a way that feels true. The distances, directions and groupings you create become a map for discussion, guided with simple questions.
Relatives do not have to attend, or even be aware of the session. You decide what to share, and you may pause whenever you wish. Whatever you do afterwards, such as a conversation or simply a shift in perspective, remains your choice. The pace is gentle, and moments of silence are perfectly acceptable.

Collect six to ten small objects of varied sizes, such as spoons, coins or figures, and clear a table in a private room. List the people you want to include. The team confirms the session length, time and language during booking.
